Soubry’s objective is to be a professional partner in flour and semolina products for the food industry and bakery sector. As a specialist in flour and semolina products, it has continuously invested in the latest technologies and knowledge building since it built its own semolina mill in 1933 and flourmill in 1956, in an effort to perpetuate and strengthen its position of leadership.
