2.2.Soubry reserves the right to change or modify the Terms & Conditions, access to the Website and its content at any time and without prior notice. 4.3.Soubry allows Users to download screensavers, wallpapers and other documents from the Website for strictly personal use.

8.2. SOUBRY rejects all liability in the event of any errors.

9. INVALIDITY

The invalidity, expiry or impracticability of all or some of the provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions shall on no account result in the nullity of the Terms & Conditions in their entirety. The wholly or partially invalid, expired or impractical provision shall be regarded as never having been written. Soubry will replace such A provision with another intended to achieve the same result as far as possible.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS

The validity, interpretation and implementation of these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium and any disagreement regarding the same shall be submitted to the competent courts in Roeselare.
Any dispute relating to the Website and its use shall be exclusively governed by Belgian law. The courts in Nivelles shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
