Pasta salad with tomato and mozzarella

green pesto

bunch of rocket leaves

bunch of basil

extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation
- Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of water, then pour off and drain.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well and allow to cool.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes, finely chop the basil.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
- Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- Add pesto and all other ingredients to pasta.
- Mix everything together and serve cold.
