Pasta salad with tomato and mozzarella

Ingredients

For 2 persons

  • 250 g

  • 30

    cherry tomatoes

  • 1

    ball of mozzarella

  • 4 tbsp

    pine nuts

  • 3 tbsp

    green pesto

  • 1

    bunch of rocket leaves

  • 1

    bunch of basil

  • extra-virgin olive oil

  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of water, then pour off and drain.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well and allow to cool.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes, finely chop the basil.
  4. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
  5. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  6. Add pesto and all other ingredients to pasta.
  7. Mix everything together and serve cold.
