Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 300 g

  • 1

    onion

  • 2 tbsp

    white wine vinegar

  • 2

    yellow bell peppers

  • 20 g

    pistachios (or other nuts)

  • 30 g

    Grana Padano

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Slice the onions and fry them with the olive oil, vinegar and put some sea salt in a pan.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into strips and fry in a pan.
  3. Mash the pistachios in a mortar.
  4. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Mix the grated cheese with the bell pepper strips and crushed pistachios and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix everything together.
