Torselli gratin with courgettes

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 375 g

  • 3

    courgettes

  • 200 ml

    fresh liquid cream

  • 100 g

    grated cheese

  • 1 tbsp

    olive oil

  • curry, cumin

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the courgettes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Fry the courgette in the pan while you cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water.
  3. Arrange the courgettes and cooked and drained pasta in a baking dish.
  4. Season the cream in a bowl with the curry, cumin, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the cream over the gratin and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes until you get a nice gratin colour.
