Wok spirelli with bell pepper, pork tenderloin mignonettes and feta cheese

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 250 g

  • 1/2

    red bell pepper

  • 1/2

    yellow bell pepper

  • 1/2

    green bell pepper

  • 200 g

    pork tenderloin mignonette

  • 1 tbsp

    butter

  • 100 g

    feta cheese

  • 4 tbsp

    pine nuts

  • 1 tbsp

    olive oil

  • 250 ml

    stock

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin mignonette into strips. Season the strips with salt and pepper and fry them in butter until nice and brown.
  3. Cut the feta into cubes.
  4. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown.
  5. Sauté the bell pepper strips in the olive oil. Add the spirelli and broth and cook. Top with the strips of pork mignonette and feta.
  6. Serve immediately in a warm bowl.
