Soubry's varieties of flour for bread have been specially developed to achieve perfect results in the bread baking process, including in bread machines that demand a very strong flour quality. White bread: a careful blend of fine wheat for a soft, beautiful and white crumb structure. Deliciously light and flavourful.
Farmhouse bread: partial whole-wheat flour for a light, brown bread with a golden brown crust.
Wholemeal bread: 100% whole-wheat flour with a greater amount of fibre than farmhouse bread and a more pronounced flavour and browner colour.
6-cereal bread: bursting with vitamins (A, B and E), minerals and fibre. A real characterful flour based on wheat, rye, oats, maïs, barley and spelt supplemented with soya.
Dark or 9-cereal bread: a delicious composition for dark bread based on wheat, rye, barley, maïs, buckwheat, spelt, soya, sesame seeds, linseed and sunflower seeds. Full of fibre and rich flavour.
Biscuit bread/milk bread: a special blend with sugar, milk and egg yolk powder in the perfect proportions. Ideal for biscuit bread, sweet sandwiches, cheesecakes, ... or as a base for sugar or sultana bread.
