Sweet potato and bell pepper soup

Preparation
- Peel the sweet potato and cut into 1 cm cubes. Dice the bell pepper. Peel the ginger and chop very finely.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the sweet potato, bell pepper and ginger and sauté briefly.
- Add the water and chicken stock cubes and cook until the sweet potato is thoroughly cooked.
- Reduce the heat, add the coconut milk and paprika and blend the soup very finely.
- Season with pepper, salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
- Add the alphabet pasta to the bowl and cook for a moment.
