Pearl couscous with fried halloumi

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 400 g

  • 400 g

    halloumi

  • 1/2

    pomegranate

  • 150 g

    baby spinach

  • olive oil

  • freshly ground pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Cook the pearl couscous and drain.
  2. Heat the pan, add the oil and fry the halloumi on both sides. Season with pepper and a little salt.
  3. Rinse the spinach, drain briefly and arrange in a small bowl.
  4. Knock the seeds out of the pomegranate.
  5. Place the pearl couscous on the bed of spinach, arrange the halloumi and finish with the pomegranate seeds and freshly ground pepper.
