Soubry will replace such A provision with another intended to achieve the same result as far as possible.


The validity, interpretation and implementation of these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium and any disagreement regarding the same shall be submitted to the competent courts in Roeselare.
Any dispute relating to the Website and its use shall be exclusively governed by Belgian law. The courts in Nivelles shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
