Spirelli
Fun pasta with a spiral shape. It is slightly larger than its predecessor, making it even more ideal for all sorts of dishes. Try a Hawaiian pasta salad of Soubry spirelli, chicken and pineapple and surprise your family or friends.
Preparation
- Slice the onions and fry them with the olive oil, vinegar and put some sea salt in a pan.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips and fry in a pan.
- Mash the pistachios in a mortar.
- Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix the grated cheese with the bell pepper strips and crushed pistachios and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything together.
