Soubry spelt pasta with candied tomatoes

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 375 g

  • 400 g

    cherry tomatoes

  • olive oil

  • sugar, salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp

    Anco breadcrumbs

  • 8

    pinches of oregano

Preparation

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in the oven on baking paper.
  2. Season with a dash of olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and breadcrumbs mixed with oregano.
  3. Then bake for 1 hour at 120°C.
  4. Serve with Soubry spelt pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
