Soubry spelt pasta with candied tomatoes

For 4 persons
sugar, salt and pepper
pinches of oregano
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in the oven on baking paper.
- Season with a dash of olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and breadcrumbs mixed with oregano.
- Then bake for 1 hour at 120°C.
- Serve with Soubry spelt pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
