All-in Mix for dark multigrain bread (9 cereals)
The Soubry All-In Mix for bread is very easy to use because you only have to add water. All the other ingredients are already in the mix. The All-In Mix is ideal for the breadmaker machine: just put the mix and a little water in the machine, and it will do the rest of the work.
It comes in 1 kg packs, ideal for 2 x 750 g loaves of bread. Of course, you can also use the All-In Mix without a bread machine.
This mix is ideal for baking dark multigrain bread. You can enjoy its rich, full flavour in no time at all.
Manual method is:
All-In mix dark (9 grains) bread : Add 300 ml water for 500g flour. Knead thoroughly to form a resilient dough (knead for 6 to 8 minutes).
Next: Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes. Fold and shape it. Let it rise again for 30 minutes. Bake the bread in the oven (200°C) for 35 minutes
