Pasta with sprouts, figs and bacon

Capellini extra fine
Soubry capellini extra fine is a further development of the regular Soubry capellini. Soubry capellini extra fine is even finer and combines wonderfully with Bolognese sauce and/or fish (such as anchovy fillets).
Preparation
- Cook pasta 1 minute less than al dente as directed on packaging.
- Cut the sprouts into strips and the figs into small cubes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan and lightly sauté the sprouts.
- Add the figs and bacon and cook together.
- Pour cream over the mixture and heat together.
- Add the pasta to the pan and simmer for a few more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
