Pasta with sprouts, figs and bacon

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 375 g

  • 4

    figs

  • 100 ml

    cream

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 kg

    sprouts

  • 300 g

    smoked bacon (in strips)

Capellini extra fine

Soubry capellini extra fine is a further development of the regular Soubry capellini. Soubry capellini extra fine is even finer and combines wonderfully with Bolognese sauce and/or fish (such as anchovy fillets).

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta 1 minute less than al dente as directed on packaging.
  2. Cut the sprouts into strips and the figs into small cubes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and lightly sauté the sprouts.
  4. Add the figs and bacon and cook together.
  5. Pour cream over the mixture and heat together.
  6. Add the pasta to the pan and simmer for a few more minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
