frozen spinach with cream

Grana Padano

clove of garlic

mushrooms

100 g
bacon

1 tbsp
olive oil

salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat the spinach in a pan with a little garlic. Season to taste and add the cheese. Set aside and keep warm.
- Put the bacon, garlic and mushrooms in a pan. Add a little fresh thyme (if you wish) and season to taste.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Drain pasta and mix with spinach sauce.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish with mushrooms and bacon.
- Garnish with a little Grana Padano cheese and fresh thyme.
